Default Unichip vs. Greddy emanagment

im kind of confused on which is better. from what ive heard the greddy has to be tuned and comes with software for your computer so you can program shift points and so on. the unichip is about double the price and from what ive read its basically plug and play, no software. im running an NA car and all the other threads i found related to these products are all turbo cars. is this worth buying if youre NA? or is it a good place to start if you want to go boost eventually?

Well Unichip is PnP and cost around $7xx...
To make the greddy PnP it would cost $299 for eManage, and $300 for the PnP harness...

If you look at it that way, the Unichip is not that much more. It cost the same $$ an hr to tune both systems. Just gotta have a local unichip tuner.

If you are going to have a tuner tune your car then get a unichip. It is very capable and probably the best piggy back out there. Now if you want to tune your car yourself then you are stuck with the greddy e-manage. The greddy is not that bad really but the unichip can not be tuned by you.

Unless you buy the flux display or whatever interface they use to tune the unichip. Its like $400 or something...

please dont go out and try to tune your emanages by yourself
The fuel and timing tables will look like japanese to you if you dont know what you are doing...you can create a big problem for yourself
