Valve Cover Torque Specs??

I already searched and came up with nothing, but if there is a page on my question, please post it up here.

I'm going to take my valve cover off to polish it either tomorrow or Friday, and I wanted to know what the torque setting is for the valve cover bolts?

Good luck with your valve cover, I'll be taking mine off tonight to powdercoat it along with some other stuff :D

Thanx Zer0!!! I polished my valve cover on thursday and it looks pretty good. Just got to do some more polishing on it since I didn't have enought time to do it. I'll post pics up later...

You could probably reuse the gasket, but I would rather get a new one just to be safe they are not very expensive. When I did mine I put a new one on.

Hey, where you get this valve cover from? I like it. I have an 07 tC.

Valve cover torque specs:

Center bolts x 2 - 10 lbs ft
Flange bolts x 6 - 8 lbs ft
Flange nuts x 2 - 8 lbs ft
