Vibration around 3k RPM.

So I recently took my car to the dealership to have the throw-out bearing replaced.
It worked like a champ!
Now I just realized I'm beginning to feel a vibration in the gas pedal again while driving.
On top of that..at a complete stop and in neutral.
I gave the car gas, and when I would hold it steady at 3k RPM, or just around there, the car starts to shake a little bit.
When I'm either above or below that RPM mark, it does not shake.
Any clues?
Possibly the throw-out bearing is shot AGAIN?!
