Default Weapon R Header rattle noise? (not Rasp)

After I went back to my stock axel back I could hear a funny metallic vibration noise coming from my motor, especially at low rpm. I just spent 2 hours under the car taking off my mid pipe, then my s pipe. The rattle is definitely coming from the connection between the header and the spipe. Has anyone had this issue or know of a way to fix it? I tightened up, loosened it, switched the springs around, tried many combinations, right now its on with springs on the outside of the connection and not as tight as possible, this seems to have remedied some of the rattle noise but its still there. again ay suggestions?

it is probably sitting on your driver side axle. my s pipe sits on the axle and makes that sound need to get it fixed asap.

No, that is not the problem that i am having, my spipe is clear of the axel by at least 1 inch all around. I do think that it my be my custom midpipe. I think the midpipe is about 1 - 2 centimeters shorter than stock so its pulling back on my spipe and header. I ordered a megan midpipe and will see if it fixes the problem. if it doesnt ill just buy another axel back and put it back on and the loud exhaust will drown out the noise lol.

I got the Tsudo V2 which is the exact copy and it's fine. Donut gasket and wrench down on it tight.

thanx for all the help guys. Im and Idiot. I was going to take the header off and go back to stock till i could figure it out, got back under the car from a different angle to disconnect the lower o2 sensor and touched it, it was loose as hell. all this time it was the cel eliminator that was loose creating the rattle. lol i fail but at least i fixed it before i took the whole header out. again everyone thanx for the input.

HAHA I had this EXACT SAME problem!! It took me weeks to figure out that it was the CEL eliminator not tightened down. I wish I had seen this thread a month ago, I could have saved you alot of headache.
