Anybody have comments on the Weapon-R Ram Air add-on kit ? Who has or is using it? Wondering where one might mount it. Is it worth it?

well if u get the ram air kit id suggest getting the cold air box along with it

 

Actually, I went with a polished filter heat shield because the cold air box will not fit with my hood lift kit unless I relocated it. Plus I have my HID ballast mounted in that area.

Still looking for feedback on the Ram Air Kit & mounting options.

Its a universal heat shield off Ebay for like $10. Just fit it under the hose clamps and tighten down. Injen sells one for their SRI except they charge $50 or more just because they put their name on it.

 

honestly, its not really worth it. but w/e, just another mod...hey, can u link me to one of those heat shields on ebay? i have the cold air box but i wanna have the heat shield as well. just to see the difference and all that since its only $10.

 

i found 2 on ebay but neither were only 10 bucks (after shipping which is what i always go by)
