Default WeaponR Race Header

ok, i need help =/
i tried to install my weapon r 4-2-1 header today, and failed horribly.
i took off my old aftermarket header, s-pipe, rad support bar, and fan shroud.
i tried to put it in from bottom up but the A/C lines are in the way.
because of that i took off the fan shroud because i read that it'll help installing it from the top. So, i tried installing from the top but it wont fit =/

any advice??

i have a 08 scion tc btw.

put it on a lift and put it on from the bottom, that's how i did mine i think. i installed it with the fans still on and it was a b to install but i think that's what worked for me if i remember right.

you have to come from the bottom. i never had any issue with the A/C lines, just the fan shroud

idk about 2008s tho

I was able to get mine in from the top. just angled it in and it fit right in. only thing i had to do was take out the radiator fan.. I'm not aware of any differences between 05-06 and 07+ that would affect the installation of the header.

when i did it i took off the two screws that hold the ac lines in and that should give you more space to get the header through the bottom

If its an automatic it has to go in from the bottom. It takes a lil finagling to get it in but it goes. I helped my buddy do this on his automatic 08. Just remove the fans from the radiator, the oil dipstick tube. Watch out for the fins on the radiator though.
