Sounds like the dreaded ricey buzz. I'm guessing that you've got an aftermarket exhaust too, since the header + exhaust combo tends to wind up like that (the only reason I don't have a header myself). Anyway, from what I've read here on SL there are two solutions:

1. Have a custom midpipe made for your exhaust, with a large resonator installed (I don't recall the ideal size, search around for people with full exhaust setups for their advice)

2. Attempt to find a header + exhaust combination that doesn't sound like that. It's a tough thing to do, since you're basing your purchase primarily on what people on the internet say and sound clips that never sound truly accurate. Plus, you've already bought a header and exhaust, so I doubt you want to try to sell those and buy new makes.

I'd go with #1 if I felt like putting my money toward that, rather than option 2. Good luck with it, do some research, and I hope you find a solution!

Go to an exhaust shop and get a 30" or so resonator installed. So far that sounds like the best cure for this. If you run the header with the TRD axleback it sounds like @$$ without a large resonator.
