I have the ZPI S-pipe on my Auto TC. My exhaust setup includes Injen CAI - Stock Header - ZPI s-pipe - TRD axle-back. It sounds good, has a nice purrr at idle, and the S-pipe def. made it a bit louder on acceleration and higher RPM's. My only concern is my MPG's.... I keep very close records of my gas mileage along with mods and it seems that since the ZPI s-pipe install my MPG has gone down from about 25mpg average to 21mpg. Anybody else experience this or have a better solution to my experience? It’s the only mod. that matches up with the time period of decreased mileage.

AZURETCTONY, do you have any rasp from that setup? Or does it sound how it did without the s-pipe and only the trd exhaust but louder?

 

It just got a little louder, not raspy. I might go back to the stock s-pipe to see if it fixes my mileage issues.

 

I would check to make sure the s-pipe is not leaking any. If it is that may cause a huge mpg drop off. When you are idling do your RPM's go up and down a lil without touching the gas or anything? Did you feel any increase in power once you added the s-pipe?
