Default What type of grease to use when doing clutch replacement?

Hi everyone,

My brother and I are going to be replacing the clutch, shift fork, release bearing, and a few other things on my 2009 tC with direct OEM replacements next weekend. The instructions I found call for the use of a couple types of "Toyota Genuine" grease during replacement of the shift fork and release bearing, as follows:

Toyota Genuine Release Hub Grease, or equivalent
Toyota Genuine Clutch Spline Grease, or equivalent

I can't find any genuine Toyota grease for sale anywhere. I called a couple local dealers, and they didn't seem to have any knowledge of genuine Toyota grease. I also emailed the guys at TRD Sparks and was told that the grease they use isn't specific to Toyota, but they didn't suggest anything I could actually use.

Do any of you have any suggestions about a specific type or brand of grease I could use for this purpose, and where I might be able to buy it? For reference, here's a picture of the manual pages that call for this grease: https://i.imgur.com/krWUCuL.jpg
