that is entirely up to your own personal preference.

the greater the reduction, the less leverage you have on the shifter and the harder it will be to shift.

this is what i'd do, grab the shifter around the shaft and try to see if your comfortable driving and reaching and shifting with it at that height, measure how far down that is, and there is your approximate desired reduction.

me personally, i would get zero reduction. since i'm 6'3", i have to sit with the chair all the way back and if i make the shifter shorter it could make it kind of a reach for me when it is in 5th gear.

if all your looking for is a height reduction, theres a guy somewhere on these forums that did it himself. Forget where it is.

true. I was thinkin about doing it just for the look. The throws are good enough for me.

haha I barely speak German. Just a few words here and there although I did understand that sentence. Half of my family is in Germany while the other half is in Poland (I'm polish and speak it. Not German tho) I got my name from Grand Theft Auto San Andreas. That House station, The host of that station says something like "I am A German Named HANNSSSSSSS.... That's about it I'm just HANNNSSSSSS" hehe I thought it was pretty funny so that became my internet name.

I have the TWM Stage 2 short throw with a 2.5" reduction, and I absolutely love it. Strap the weighted Greddy **** onto it, and your Scion will shift like a dream. Anyone taller than 6'0 thinks it's too short, though. Also, it does take more energy to shift, but it's an even trade-off with distance traveled.

DO NOT JUST CUT YOUR SHIFTER DOWN.

EVER.

EVER.

The throw distance will remain the same, and your shifts will just feel awkward because you're traveling so far with a shorter shifter.

Ja jestem polak ktorj ma rodziene w niemiece i w polscie. Lol spellings really bad understandable. I was born in Poland and moved to New York when I was 4. Part of my family is in Germany while the other half is in Poland. Its just me and my parents in America. I'd personally go with the Dr Iso. Good guy, good prices, and good products.

i'd go with the lowest but that's just me. I don't have a SS so you shouldn't rely on what I say. I think 3 would great and work great but in reality idk.
