Not if you take it off before you get the car smoged.

Just remember to put the factory airbox back on.

 

Wont pass a visual inspection but would almost defenitely pass the sniffer test.

I did do a search. I searched for a couple hours at work. Don't get annoyed because I posted this in the wrong forum. These things happen.
