Whelp heres a new one, as I shift from 1st to 2nd my car as soon as I hit the gas kicks out of 2nd gear and goes into neutral...... Any Ideas? Could it be the shift linkage or most likely internal? Its a fresh rebuilt transmission by TPR with LSD so its never been used before. Honestly only 2nd all other gears are fine.

 

Sounds like a problem with the synchro ring. If it's freshly rebuilt I would take it back to the shop that rebuilt it and have them look at it and fix it. I would hope they warranty there work.
