Default Will TRD CAI pass inspection in nj?

Since the TRD CAI is not carb exempt, will it pass inspection in New Jersey?

Its a factory optional part. If it is C.A.R.B. legal it will be fine in any state. Cause if it is fine in Cali your good cause they are crazy strict.

As long as I'm good here in NJ its all good. I just wish NJ would do like florida on their inspection stickers and place it on the plate instead of the windshield!

Well regardless of the TRD intake being CARB legal it should be fine as its a factory option. Plus I figured it was as AEM intakes are usually CARB legal and the TRD is a rebadged AEM. If your so worried the K&N is Carb legal according to my searches.
