So i have noticed lately that when im driving and stop then go to drive off i cant get it in gear sometimes....when i slow down sometime i just leave it in neutral..done this since i got the car back in 04 an dnow its acting up a little..weird but is this normal or just a freak thing?..

What gear are you having trouble getting it into? You shouldn't have trouble getting into 2rd or 3rd for example, but 1st gear may be tough to get into when not at a full stop...

exactl...when i start to slow down ill try to put it n second an dit wont go in..2nd or 1st...then i hav eto completely stop an dit is fine..? make sense?!!!

 

No, you should be able to get into 2nd without difficulty and those speeds. I don't know you from Adam, so I ask the beginner questions:

1) Is your foot all the way down on the clutch?

2) Are there any mods that we should know about here?

3) Did you first learn to drive a stick shift on this car?
