They last posted on sunday. Two days isn't too long. Perhaps they are getting settled into their new place.

Where's the dozens of threads on here from people wondering about the ScionSpeed kits? Did all those people just cancel their orders or had they just given up? That's a tCtunerz case if I've ever seen one.

The point is, ZPI hasn't posted in 2 days, it's not the end of the world.

I don't think it is a tctunerz case, but I am starting to regret sticking up for them so ardently.

They *promised* 1st week of July shipping, and unless I am mistaken, that has not happened. Granted, they did say $100 discount per week delayed, but there can only be so many delays before people start to lose faith.

I wish ZPI the best of luck, and I hope all turns out well for everyone. The last thing I want to see is more division on this board between vendors and consumers.

ZPI and TCtunerz's name should not even be in the same Category/Thread/Post. They are just moving into their new facility, geesh people.

in regards to why they are not posting, that's true. I think what most people are saying is that they are a little disappointed and somewhat concerned that 1) the kits have not shipped yet, especially after they were delayed for three weeks, and then promised by 1st week of July. Now it is the second week of July, going on the third , the kits haven't shipped, and ZPI hasn't been arond for two days. They haven't gotten a response to what the status is of their kits.

By no means are they comparable to that asshat Quick, or his business organization (of screwiing people over), but I think it is correct for people to be concerned. I'm not saying that ZPI is bad, or that they can't deliver what they've promised, but the fact is if I had given them $2400+, and this was the second time shipment had been delayed, I would be *very* concerned. I wouldn't wait for things to develop into another "Quick" debacle before I started voicing my feelings.

I would personally rather pay the non discounted/non pre-order price for a kit I *know* is shipping, rather than a discount on a twice delayed pre order kit.

That's my personal feelings too. I would rather just pay for something that I know a UPS# is going to be on it, and coming in a few days.

Dude, are you retarded? How is scionspeed a tCtunerz case? Becuase they don't post here everyday does not equal bad customer service. Call them anytime during business hours and they will answer or call back ASAP... why did you even bring up ScionSpeed, the topic of the thread was "ZPI.....Where are you????!!!!"

Dude take a Valium and get off my *****. How about because they don't post here ever (Oh wait that's right, they did come on here to bash ZPI about a month ago).

People are complaining left and right about these minor delays that ZPI is experiencing (which I can understand because of the excitement since kits ARE starting to be installed), whoopty freakin' doo. But what about the 7 months+ delays of ScionSpeed's kits and with little to no updates at all! Have they shipped? Will they ship? Point is it's going on 8 months and NO installed kits, NONE, ZERO, ZILCH! So if I want to call them tCtunerz, so be it

Not "Bashing" more like correcting... cause people like "ahem" you unjoy talking out your ___..

No installed kits huh?... say that to this guy.

Again, not posting on a car forum everyday does not equal bad customer service. Customers that call or try to contact them with queries always get an answer. Trust me as a customer myself I know this for a fact.

I might be wrong, but it would behoove ZPI to atleast keep the members (and customers) here at Scionlife up to date as well as possible. As for them moving, I find it hard to believe that none of the ZPI staff has a home computer or access AT ALL.

I for one did not purchase any pre-order Turbos, but from what I have gathered, all 25 pre-orders were fulfilled, correct? What was the cost of each one, $2,500? 25 orders at $2500 is 62500 dollars invested by members from this site.

I think I can atleast see where some of the concern stems from.

i think only a few people have received thier kits, but i'm sure since they moved just 4 months ago and now are having to move again, that it causes a good deal of stress. so give em time.
