Well, I'm care free at this point. I'm not bashing them, I wish them well. I have other things going on and will go forced induction at a time when they can ship it the same day I pay for it. So, there is one kit available

ok... in defense of ZPI they are moving.. give them a few days.. and in defense of Scionspeed.... Have you tried to buy a t3/t4 turbo lately? For some reason they are backordered to hell and back.

I don't see either as a tCtunerz issue. Honestly its things like this that destroy a groups "togetherness" I think the bashing needs to stop on all ends. What's the point. Ethuging it is worthless

People are complaining left and right about these minor delays that ZPI is experiencing (which I can understand because of the excitement since kits ARE starting to be installed), whoopty freakin' doo. But what about the 7 months+ delays of ScionSpeed's kits and with little to no updates at all! Have they shipped? Will they ship? Point is it's going on 8 months and NO installed kits, NONE, ZERO, ZILCH! So if I want to call them tCtunerz, so be it
Not "Bashing" more like correcting... cause people like "ahem" you unjoy talking out your butt..

No installed kits huh?... say that to this guy.

Again, not posting on a car forum everyday does not equal bad customer service. Customers that call or try to contact them with queries always get an answer. Trust me as a customer myself I know this for a fact.
Im sorry but i have to say it but cause no one else did... how do you know for a fact that that is not the scionspeed car?? the pics are so close you cant tell.. the car is white. the guys first post was that post. and there are no far away shots?

I know the kit does look like it belongs on a showcar... but it's not .
In the prototype kit used on the ScionSpeed show car the wastegate stands straight up, in the production kit they are angled 90 degrees for more clearance.. Other than that the kits are just about Identical. Also notice the stock front bumper, also notice the Stock battery... also notice the non digital boost gauge mounted on the pilar.

The point is exactly that... "togetherness". Do you realize how many people were saved from tCTunerz and how many people bashed the so called haters for their warnings. "Oh, give tCtunerz a chance, he is really busy, he is filling so many orders, etc, etc".

Understand, I'm not saying ZPI or Scionspeed is doing this. But, DO NOT tell people to be silent when they already spent $2500+ on a promise that was not kept. ZPI and ScionSpeed can BOTH clear this up if they choose to and I'm sure they will. But my loyalty is not with ZPI or ScionSpeed, mine is with THIS community and I sure hope if someone gets hosed, they will warn others. That is a community.

We're not talking a few dollars here so I'll be jumpy too at even a slight chance of getting screwed. Plus some people might have paid with credit cards and I think you only have like 45 days to get your money back for non-shipment. Also, if people paid with a credit card, then the interest alone if not paid in full would have eaten the pre-order savings.

Sorry guys it has been crazy……..We are getting all settled into our new shop. We use T1 phone and internet connection and this has not been ported over yet. We have the phone lines being forwarded to cell phones which is working but is by no means efficient. We do not have internet at the shop sp we are trying to stay up on the sites as much as we can at night.

As far as the kits go everything is fine we are still waiting on the turbo inlet pipes. As soon as we get this pipe the kits are out the door. We have not got a answer on where they are at or what the delay is… I know this is not what you all want to hear but this is what I am being told and I really have no other statement for you. If we don’t have something soon we are just going to do the pipe in two pieces like we did on cincytc so the kits can ship. We are honoring the 100 a week credit however long it takes. We have always stood behind our word and now is no different.

All new orders have not been processed as we have no way to run credit cards at this time until we get our lines back up. We are told that by 4pm on Thursday we will be 100% operational so hopefully tomorrow is the last day of confusion and we can get everything straight.

On a plus note the S-pipes and Cat backs are done. The two customers who we gave free S-pipes two we did not forget about you they will ship out on Thursday as soon as we have internet to use the UPS computer.

Thanks for all that have continued to support us as we play musical buildings. We are not moving again we love the new shop and ready to start cranking out parts with no more delay. As of tomorrow all should be back to normal.

you guys had me worried there for a while but today on my front door was a nice and shiney s-pipe!

Look for a thread soon with a vid since I am one of the few with alphawerks + CC stainless catback(borla & hiflow cat) + ZPI s-pipe. Hopefully this will deal with some of the rasp and maybe even save me from buyin a 8in perferated core resonator.

.............i had requested today off from work so i can do the install thinking the kits would ship out the 5th......no turbo kit or no sign of it shipping anytime soon....ive worked everyday this summer at two jobs and have nothing to show for it.....i guess the only good thing is the $200 or probably $300 back on tuesday. maybe we just might all get half off turbo kits?? the way i see it is that zpi is refunding everybody that bought a kit 100 dollars a week and just for a guess lets say 35 kits sold( i have no idea how many sold). that means if kits are not out the door on tuesday then the company has lost $10,500.......and then $14,000 the next week. im sure they dont want that, so something has to happen soon right?

The $100 refund a week is for ALL preorders right? not just the first 15 or so.. Just wanted to verify because I wasn't sure.
