Lets get this out in the open once and for all!!!!!
I have searched SL, Google, Mytc, pretty much everywhere....
Claims of 310cc, 320cc and 370cc for the stock tC injector size have been made.
What is the REAL stock injector size?!?!?!?

what year though? ahh haaah. that's why i get the big bucks, and that is why i had to ask the tough question.

 

Well I can see why theres a lot of confusion, probably because the injectors vary quite a bit. According the Toyota service documentation each injector should flow 76-92 cc per 15 sec. Injectors are typically measured in cc/min, which comes out to 304-368cc.

 

OMG! Wild.

Doing some simple math....

If stock size is 310cc then the ECU using an injector of 440cc is aprox a 42% Increase and it is able to compensate!!

Now if stock size is 370cc then the ECU using an injector of 440cc is aprox a 18% Increase in size and is also able to compensate.

 

Any and all years. I would hopefully assume they wouldnt differ 60cc from year to year.

 

DG had them flow tested eons ago. I think they came out 317cc

 

i say 06 down 310cc, 07 up 370cc. supercharger 410 and 440 again on year.

 

I can only answer this question with another question....at what fuel pressure?...lol...I know you mean stock pressure but for that i cant say. what i can tell you is they flow close to 500cc @ roughly 70psi, cant remember exactly though...damn old age.

Funny this came about i can only speak for the stock ones that came outof my 09 tc n there actually on my boys na tuned civic n they were tested b4 they were put in to c how much fuel they were goin to b able to put out n results were 310 but again those r jus mine its interesting that they varry though id like to know on y that is

I've been running DW 440cc inj's for over 2 years and my max LTFT is -19% with a corresponding STFT of 0%. 440cc should flow 18.9% more than 370cc. However this is a 08 XB with stock fuel system and not a TC. YMMV.

 

This reminds me about building my own flow tank...anyone got ideas? (as far as electronics go)
