|Dezod| Emissions data on the Dezod S1 Kit
on our cars of course.. yeah i saw on the add that greddy are carb legal just not sure of its really confirmed since i still see people having problems with cops with their greddy.. and its hard to believe it is when it doesnt come with cat con
my dsm has a greddy and its carb legal.....see the only problem is u buy the carb legal kit but u void the carb legal ness when u add boost gauges and vac blocks, those vac lines u guys use arnt carb legal u have to use OEM grade lines which are costly and u add an exhaust to that carblegal turbo and u arnd carb legal anymore.....no cats... plus moddifying emission in cali is a big no no

We are considering making a strictly CARB approved version of the kit and the rest will be sold like normal now.

its not the gauges them selves that are not carb legal...its the vacuum hoses that they come with, they are not oem material and all vac sources are emission.....so non oem material vac hoses are not carb legal.....you get what im trying say, to be completely carb legal car u need a carb legal turbo kit and all vacuum lines needa be carb legal and a stock exhaust

So I know CARB is primarily a California thing, right? But does this mean that I'd be able to run a CARB legal turbo here in Maryland and pass emissions testing without going back to N/A?
Would it pass emissions testing without being CARB legal and just running both cats?
Thanks, I'm a newbie in FI.

here in maryland you can pass emissions with anything no your car just aslong as u dont have any check engines, they just passed a new bill taht states the emissions centers arnt to check for cats nor are they allowed to put you on sniffers if your car is obd2 which ours is, so aslong as you have no checkengine light or any codes pending your good to go, i had a stage zero kit and i had no cats i used a antifouler trick and i was able to pass
