I like to know the usual 0-60 of a 250HP Turbo tC with a stage3+ clutch, lightened flywheel, LSD, and stickier rubber?

My goal is to do 0-60 in around 5" to the low 6"s...

I know the stock does 7.2 but, is it possible to do 6.5-6.8 on stock setup with cat back and s-pipe or midpipe, GFI stage 3-4 and the said tranny and tire upgrades?

Unless your on slicks, 0-60 is pretty pointless on a boosted manual tc...

Ya I can hit the 0-60 in 2.1 seconds... of course its possible... LoL Oh you mean mph, haha

But seriously, TRD s/c or any of the available turbo kits you can achieve mid-high 5 second 0-60's. With the s/c youd have to have bolt ons though, like me.

 

Is it possible to be faster than the Mazdaspeed3 with just stage 3+ clutch, lightened flywheel, LSD, short shifter, sticky tires, GFI stage3, cat-back E and everything else stock?

Without a turbo, I would have to say no. I'm not even sure a ZPI Stage 0 would beet the mazda speed 3.

man, seriously, get over your friend and his mazdaspeed 3. modify your car to make yourself happy, not to just show off to others. because say you make your tc faster than a mazdaspeed 3, then he gets a new evo, or say you make friends with a guy who has a nissan z, or a corvette. it is an almost never ending escalation of hp gains and money spent just for some stupid bragging rights.

am i going f/i because i plan to hve the baddest awesomes fastest driftingest car on the planet? no, fastest car on this site? no, fastest car on my block? no (my dad has two vettes, and my neighbor has a 700 + 57 bel air.)i am doing it because i love my car and i want it to be faster for kicks and giggles. because i've always wanted a fast car. not because i want the fastest car. so just chill out and don't totally your turbo tc racing your buddy on on the streets.

OK, The STi stage 3-4 is a tad faster than a middle aged man driven Ferrari F40 we faced at W.Tropicana... (I know he shifts slower than us young pipz but, still its a Ferrari VS. an STi...)

SO, NO! I'm not trying to be the fastest guy! I'm just doing this so I could have an F.I.d car like the rest of the "friendies" do! and my experiment of getting a cheap Japanese car to go 0-60 in less than 6seconds under $22,900.

 

why didnt you just get a 2000 dollar 240sx and build that up then....
