Default 06 Scion TC AEM FI/C Help

I have the AEm FIC with a Dezod PnP harness thing works great and makes the car run perfect!! only problem i have is that it keeps the TPS on even when i turn the car off..ive heard of a lot of ppl with this problem, some have said they just unplug it and others said that they just installed a relay with a switch, if someone could help point me in the right direction or tell me which wires to splice into so i can make a relay/switch that would be awesome, id rather not put a parasitic drain on my battery and have problems starting it and all that.
any help is appreciated...
im also guessing that PnP no longer means...PnP..

I don't have the PnP harness... but I have the AEM F/IC and I don't have this problem.

im not sure what is going on, all i know is that the FIC keeps the throttle body on and it drains the battery pretty good, so i need to find some way of installing a relay...hoping someone on here knows the trick, because on the AEM Forums all it says is that there is a problem but no one tells how to fix it..
