Howdie,

I am very interested in going this route. I have doen my research and know that you hear about bad things more than good. I knwo most of the posts on the S/C's are for the older ones but im really looking for some reviews and experiences on the newer model. I know TRD made some modifications to the mounting bracket and the tune and whatever else they did and it has improved alot. But i just want some real proof from the real consumers. I also figured this would be easier than to go and search through every S/C thread for people wiht newer S/C's.

Brock as far as i have read in whole bunch of different threads, 07-08 S/C performs better and more reliable.
adn if you keep it stock and i believe you would they will warranty it. As some members that had problems were taken care of , the most important thing is, make sure your oil level is good always. because the most common excuse from dealer as far as i have seen was " Well your oil level was too low" ..

what ya watchign everybody. LOL Yea i have read those things as well but more from people without the S/C just saying that is wat they heard from TRD and Toyota and friends. More like he said she said. I want owners to post. But apparently there arent many with the new S/C on here. So mods you can lock this if ya want. it aint going anywhere.

i should be getting a S/C soon also... but i get power hungry easily so it wont be 'stock' for long.
