As for damage done, I think if there were an award for most damage done to a stock 2az, I think I would take top honors. Definitely top 2 at least.
- 3 holes in the block
- half a rod still on the crank, other half the shape of a C on the ground
- the piston attached to it on the ground in half like a Gensu knife went through it
- Enough force to produce a crack going up the wall side were the tranny bolts to. You know if you took the clutch and fly off and looked where it mounts to.....a crack was going up that.

ElevationTC: you and ptuning both put the stock blocks through hell. If it wasn't for ptuning melting their wastegate vacuum line and having a boost spike of 30psi, the motor would probably still be running today (the motor still took them through the rest of that event and the next event!).
I can't wait to boost, just need to collect money/parts. I will be watching you thread and looking forward to what I have to do to get there.
english?? lol j/p if your talking to me then more boost = more pressure = higher temps. It was probably running real lean there too = higher temps. I know 14psi isn't the same when comparing different sized turbo's, it also has to deal with cfm the turbo puts out.

yeah 10 pounds out of a 16g will be heated pretty good on our motor compared to a bigger gt turbo hoter intake air means more chance of detonation im just sick of people saying im on 10 pounds so my motor shouldnt have blown oor i tell people im on 3.6 pounds there like that week sauce im like i got the cfm lol just the scion crown hasnt learned that yet it wasnt at any one was just a statment lol

oh and i think i should take top for motor blow i put a rod through my radiator cracked the whole sidewall of the block out about 6 inch hhigh 18 inches wide blew the ac off dented a intercooler it was gnar for sho and that mani is from a company in florida they sell it on ebay

lol playing lets blow stock motor lol 30psi out a 30r it pulled like crazy for about 4-5 seconds then it just went quiet lol besides for stuff beating around and all lol it was like baaabababababbabababbbbbbbbbbbbbbaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa bang bang clink clinkety shank bang **** slam boom doom and i was like wtf then i opened the hood and i was like wow how did the parts dodge my turbo and down pipe and hit the radiator lol it was bad
