Default 2006 Scion Tc with Turbo over heating

The cast Iron Manifold gets very hot and the exhaust has black smoke, terrible fuel consumption. Any help please! the turbo was just installed and these problems happened, any suggestions?

Then how can i tune it? After i start the car, the car overheats right away and it gets smokey.

What management are you running, turbo setup, fuel system, etc? Need details.
