Pistons + Rods, best setup?
Searched already and couldn't find too much on this topic.
If there is, feel free to point me in the right direction, but i have searched.
I was told that CP Pistons and Carillo Rods are a good combo,
but I found a deal on eBay for CP Pistons and Manley Turbo Tuff Rods.

Anything I else I should know about when upgrading these? Tune? Upgrading anything else? Etc.
Thanks in advance.

yes everything, bearings, main bolts to studs, head studs etc. I have cp pistons and manley turbo tuff rods and spun the motor past 8k a few time at 27psi with a 6262 turbo. I would say the rods are pretty strong. I also think there one of the best rods in the game I have seen civics and evos put down some serious horse power with these rods. as far as pistons go i think you will be find with any known name brand JE pistons, Wiseco, CP etc.
