This should work. You can use the rail separate of in the entire kit. I just recommend using -8an boss o-ring male to -6an male fittings on the return so the fittings clear the cylinder head. Thanks to the way toyota cast the cylinder head it's a tight fit back there. Or you could grind a little of it off as it isn't a critical area.

You got it. I don't like the idea of having to modify parts like this because of the potential for end user error. If there is a problem you could have quite the safety problem. Ours conforms the NHRA rules regarding fuel systems and lines. I'd rather not take a chance.

We try. These things take time. I am from the breed, do it right, do it once.

This is not meant to be a comparison thread and I don't want to relive some of those train wreck threads so when we do release this for sale I will leave all the information on the site and here on SL and the people can make that call

Understandable, I just don't want to make claims and have the thread turn into a ____storm Nothing personal

You know I have a bunch o' Dezod stuff in my car and was debating on the PTuning rail since I wanted to keep everything similar instead of random brand names all over the car so you can deff count me in for atleast 1.

I'm interested as I will be eventually pricing out making my own fuel setup. I may have to add on to yours, if I choose to go with yours, as I want enough supply to do e85 if I wanted to. Plus I LOVE overkill lol.

I want to clarify this post so that there is no confusion.

If you want to run our fuel rail there is NO grinding necessary to use it with a 180 fitting. This is how our fuel rail and our complete fuel system is run. We did not grind anything. I made this statement for the simple explanation for those that want to do something different.

Our fuel system requires NO grinding and is as plug and play as it gets.

No cutting your fuel feed line is required.

No using your stock fuel feed line as a return line

No modifying your stock sending unit, we did all the work for you

We supply new OEM quality delrin spacers, which is what the OEM is made out of as phenolic is a fiber/paper base material impregnated with resin. Not what Toyota uses.

Look for it soon at a great price as well

Stick around, we are just waiting on our black fittings to come in.

It will be worth the wait.

Our rail is E85 friendly due to the Anodization chosen. Make sure it's type II

Correct, our test vehicle was not grounded down or heavily modified in any way, shape or form to run this system. All work done was 100% reversible back to stock with ease.

Anymore questions? I have answered a few emails and PMs about this unit and I think we covered all of the major bases. Just to recap:

1) Rail will fit stock or modified tC
2) Will fit N/A, S/C and Turbo tCs
3) E85 compatible
4) Meth compatible
5) No cutting or grinding of head to use rail for return system
6) Return portion will be released next week (it's done here from development; waiting on some black fittings to arrive, which should have been here already!)
7) Conforms to NHRA standards
No cutting of factory feed line at tank
9) No buying new parts when converting back to stock
