I emailed toyomoto today for a price and they emailed me right back. They seem to have great customer service and are very nice. I'll definetly be going down this route but I just have to find the cash.

How much?

I know phone service used to be nearly impossible there. I had to make an appt through another contact. I think they've improved that part though

Hey mattsi long time no see on .net.

congrats Rick. I just wish i could of check it out when I was down there. Guys, I have the AEM on my IS300 and it's just second to none. The control and ability to monitor and make sure everything is perfectly safe is invaluable. if you want to run the most and run it safely, this is the way to go.

Thanks for the info bro! Unfortunately that's a really expensive option, especially when you add installation and tuning on top of that. Definitely gonna have to save up some big bucks before I can consider it.

No we're really in need on an LSD!!!!

I also recieved several email within minutes of asking for prices. It is not that expensive for what you get...
1. ability to run MAP sensor, and atmospheric BOV
2. ability to run any size injectors, the base map is for 780cc injectors!!!
3. full control of engine timing
4. it is plug and play so if you get the 780cc injectors it will not be to hard to wire up and you will not need to get it tuned right away as long as everything is safe. base map should be a safe, consevative tune.
5. emanage+pnp harness+greddy pressure sensor and injector harness, etc will add up to ~$800-1000, it will be 2x the money; but, well worth it.

Iam definetly getting one.

Thank to all of you for the support given, that’s what this forum is all about, helping each other and findings ways to improve our rides. Anyway, I see “rlazer5000” has the prices for the AEM, great. Just like “wfotc” and “is300” mention, it is worth every penny. In my opinion is the best setup for the Scion TC. The TC has an unusual mapping and the AEM takes care all that. My car is running prove of that along other ones done by Lance. I have been busy this week but next wee we plan on adding an MSD box and see what happens. I will make sure to post any advantage or disadvantage.

no and the civic will get alot more for it way faster becosue the k20's are like the b's and the d's as long as they start with the same letter 98% of the stuff will swap in to/on to the next one with little to no effort

LOL What's that supposed to mean? I never said it was a terrible idea, I just said it was expensive cause not everybody has $2K+ to throw at an EMS. I think it's great that there is a stand-alone option for the tC. Sorry if I came off harsh, I really didn't mean anything by it.

I’m just another customer of him and I really appreciate good work, that is why I post it in this forum, so everyone interested can go aged and find what they need.
