Default aem injector size change?

well my current 440 cc injectors are being maxed and i wanna go with 550cc injectors...


my question is can i just use the injector size change option under aem fic

OR

do i have to cough up another 550 for a re-tune

pm'd. And re-tune is cheaper then $550, I am not always up to date with pricing but I believe it is $400.

injector size change feature gets you close at best. for $550 it would seem better just to learn how to street tune it, just my two cents

fml alrighty thanks justin for the info, i still think 400 is pretty steep for a re-tune but i guess i can do it when ever i get the money together prob sometime after the winter season im in no rush

FWIW, I'd at least make a few data logs before changing injectors, do the FIC inj size change, log again and tweak a little here and there to get back to where you started. If it works you save $400, if not, you lose a few hours.

injector size change will get you in the ballpark but its not rock solid...fred has a good idea, id go with that.
