Aftermarket Parts and Factory Warranty

What is the effect of aftermarket parts and the warranty. If I install parts from another compant and it effects the engine or something... can my warranty cover it, if it wasn't caused by the aftermarket part?

To put it Simply, if it's not OEM or Toyota Cert then No, it will not be covered.
