lol this is so messed up. It turned into a complete bash fest. Feel bad for TT now. Even now that he sees this thread and still doesn't get angry, simply amazed....

It's hard to get mad at people who just yell out of ignorance. I'm a customers of Todd and i have never been upset with him. Sure it's lame that things got backed up but what will yelling at him gain me? honestly it's not something i'd would want done to me if i were in his situation so i can't justify people doing it to him.

we all know TT is a small company but damn do we get some good looking and reliable turbo kits from them. One day TT will expand and late shipments of items will be gone. so just give him a break im sure communication and organization from TT will improve.

Well before you ordered you should have realized it does take time if you had followed the threads on this forum and things do happen. But yea it would suck not knowing wats going on. But with the awesoem products me makes everyone wants them and being that he does all his own stuff and had been making products to make other turbo kits better brings in a huge amout of orders. But Im glad he responded and is sticking with making his own stuff. it was great of him to make thigns for other turbo kits but shoulda gone TT in the first place. LOL. Anyways when i have the funds i am goinf TT no doubt. I will wait however long it takes although it will be tough but as soon as i get my stuff it would def be worht the wait.

People have a right to get mad. Especially when one spends there hard earned money, wether its a dollar or a few thousand, they spent there money on product of mine and they have a right to get mad if I do not answer or reply in a timely manner.

It doesn't make me mad, but I get frustrated though, not with the customer but with my situation. All it does is fuel the fire for me to work harder to get where I need to be so these kinds of situations no longer exist.

All more parts of the growing pains......

Regards-

Todd

This thread was a good read. Todd, with the attitude you have towards business, you're headed in a great direction! I mean, instead of blaming everything else, you clearly understand what the source of the problem is (too much on your plate) and take it as a learning experience. Furthermore, you don't fight with the customer; you sympathize and try to view things from his or her view. IMO it's that kind of behavior that creates trust. Yeah, bad experiences will happen here or there, but having a genuine down-to-earth attitude will quickly erase those and win more customers. Good luck with your business endeavors.

If I had the money, and if gas prices weren't going in the direction they are, I'd order from TT regardless. No other kit seems to have what I am looking for, and that manifold?! Sweet jesus....the best looking one out there. Plus when I looked on Youtube and saw the TT'd tC pull on a COBB chipped Sti, I was sold. I don't know, maybe we'll do business in the future, I wouldn't mind the wait knowing the quality of the product that comes in.

"people forget how fast you did a job, but they remember how well you did it."

Sorry to hear you have had some issues man. Todd needs a lot of work. His business practices mimick those of an early ZPI. Let's just hope he follows a different path and improves. He has to stop the lies about the progress of parts (he did that with me too) and needs to only take projects when he can do them. I will be sure to keep everyone updated on the quality of his parts... There are some pretty bad fitment issues which need to be accounted for with his downpipe and manifold. I also had to cut a piece of my frame to fit my piping.

He will win your heart with his words and his products, so beware when you make a complaint because people will tend to get on your case than see the fault in another.

The only fitment issue I had is the dumptube but it was an easy fix through a muffler shop. Fitment issues might be due to lots of combination of his kits, different turbo, manifold, downpipes, IC and pipes..todd should improve his costumer service though while still early and his name is still known to good than bad
