I remember not so long ago Dezod was working out of a garage / house & outsourcing most everything & paul barily knew how to weld and was taking classes. Look how they have grown and Todd will do the same. Definitly see some areas Todd can and will improve on, no need for the uneducated bashing by some that just want to chime in and make it out to be a soap opera that it is not. Chill out guys. For the OP, frustrations are understood.

April 15th.....

He got my payment in February. He sent me a tracking number the other day, but it was either wrong or missing a number. I texted him earlier and he said he would get it when he got home. I honestly think he is a good dude, and wants to do good things, he just doesn't have the manpower to make all this stuff happen.

I wouldn't go as far to say that he is the next ZPI.... give him the benefit of the doubt for now.

Ok well i text messaged Todd today and he was nice enough to text message me back,,, being sunday, and it sounds like he forgot to put in the pipe that comes from the throttle body that has the Bov flange on it so hopefully he will be sending that pipe soon cant do much without it. Hopefully he will be able to ship it out this week. oh and ill try to post a couple pictures of what i do have then when i get the last pipe ill dyno it and see what my numbers are...

The fun parts of trying to expand...

I can't babysit everyone that works for me unfortunately. Even if I lay out everything that goes into a box for someone...sometimes the wrong part goes to the wrong guy or all the parts dont make it into the box.

This whole process is allot of fun. If I could only get it right the first time you guys would never have to hear about it.

Regards-

Todd

I am dealing with it now myself. When I ordered my ZPI intercooler upgrade kit, I was told I would have it June 2nd so I could have it on the car for Asylum. Needless to say, the piping should be here today, but I got an e-mail from Todd saying my intercooler went to the wrong person so I am still not going to be able to install it anytime soon.

Todd, you may want to get employees that pay more attention to details. If I made as many mistakes as it seems some of your employees do, I'd be fired.

And who knows whether or not the person that gets the wrong stuff will even send it back, then how much longer of a wait will it be?...

And not to bash you Todd, but you cannot blame employees, you're ultimately the one to blame and you should man up and instead of saying you're a babysitter, you said just say true, I f'ed up... It happens... But I'll fix it by...

Never, ever, ever should a business put the blame on someone else when something doesnt ship as promised... Just poor business practice...

I understand everyones frustrations, and I agree with your points on business practices...but something to consider is what you are purchasing from TT.

This is an upgraded replacement manifold and IC kit for a product from a company that no longer exists. Todd was doing this as a benefit for the Scion Comunity. This was not intended as a normal product he would be offering...i mean, he could only sell as many of these as ZPI stage 0 kits are out there. Because of this, the priority of these were BEHIND his normal kits which were all his, and he had to get them out.

Yes, it's a hassle, and not everyone is happy. But if Todd did not offer this, what would all the ZPI Stage 0 owners be doing about their cracked manifolds and lack of intercoolers...?
