Default Another broken Supercharger.....

Well,

I after 25k on my supercharger....the idle pulley bearings are shot to hell...the dealer is saying that they are going to warranty. Thank God, but I got two left on my powertrain warranty. So any future superchargers are going to cover by Toyota, but do I really want to run the risk.

So I'm thinking a new car...right I can afford $400 a month...I'm thinking a used G8 or Camry SE...Really I want something that I dont have tune..I want a car that is great stock...any ideas..

is there a place online where you can buy them? or do you think any bearing shop would carry this?

any bearing shop should be able to get them. Tell them to get the high rpm ones 16-18,000 rpm .

If you're going to get a G8, get a brand new one. GM is practically giving them away to clear out inventory.

I'd actually look at an Accord.

i read the exhaust botlles down to 1.7 inches to clear it's path. it's a 15 second 1/4 mile car that weighs 3400 lbs or so. you would end up pumping alot of cash into it wich beats your purpose of an upgrade.

No really...I'm not going to mod this car every much....I learned that if I'm going mod it all show no go...So I might do wheels, coils, K&N filter , tint and maybe an exhaust...That all...I don't a super fast car. I'm not going track it..I though I was with the tC and never did it.

the new genesis coupe is a pretty nice car, i took one out for a test drive (2.0t with the track? package, the one with the brembos 19s, lsd. and 6 speed) that thing was a friggen BLAST i have never had so much fun driving a car for such a short period of time, im going to honestly say i had more fun driving that then i did the 350z, 09/06 WRX(s) and the new civic SI. that was so much fun to drive, if it was so far out of my price range i'd pick one up
