Can't change out the shaft for ceramic piece or 9.5 pulley. With the rebuild kit you can get the ultimate kit replacing the shaft bearings. I have seen posts that people say that TRD has a lock on the pulley so as not to have people mess with the supercharger.

Apparently, they really do not want anybody changing the drive pulley out for one that gives more boost!

Lamest terms, with the rebuild kit can you change out all the stock parts for the ceramic ones.

Ok thats pretty handy. So then for us 07-08 owners is their anyway around that bolt? Or are we pretty much at the mercy of toyota on that one?

Yea I guess, unless you can find the key somewhere else. I saw some guy grinded the bolt down so he could take it off, but then you cant ask for the dealership to replace thing or fix things under warranty

I actually never tried to buy one because I have access to one already, but i dont think they sell it. To many people would slap on a higher psi rated pulley, damage their engine or other things, then put the oem pulley back and ask for things to be covered under warranty.
