Yea, I dont think california would like the fact of removing a working cat from the system, its illegal... even if you replace it with another on the DP..

Scion got lucky with the TRD S/C being exempt from CARB..

 

I wish Scion had a company like Nissan has Jim Wolfe...all of his turbo kits and superchargers for Nissans are CARB legal! Turbonetics had said before that they were working on making their kit CARB legal but so far...nothing

 

Yea, best bet is to move out of California..

Texas to my knowledge has emissions

I think almost every other 3 states has emissions lol. At least they are not bringing out OBD III :D

 

Wisconsin doesnt have jack! Maryland is tested every 5 years..

 

actually only in california do u have to worry about CARB (California Air Resources Board). But other states,,,such as Texas...have emissions law

 

Hey zero what part of PA are you from? Do you think a ZPI stage one would pass emissions in our state?
