Default ARP Head Stud Torque Specs

I have a head that im reassembling tonight. What i need to know is torque spec for the ARP head stud, also if i do not have the assy lube from arp is there an equivalent that can be used or a substituded high torque during installation? Thanks!

**EDIT** So i found some info stating you can use a 30w motor oil just liek other assy work but to add 5-8ft/lb on the final torque step - my guess for torque on these would be 20,45,?? Thats the problem? What is supposed to be the final torque step? If someone knows what it is with moly lube from arp i can safely add 5-8 ft/lb with 30w oil as the assy lube it seems,.
