car was running wayyyyy too lean from another tune at another shop, and after hearing so many good things about PSI, thought i'd bring it there.

What's your current set up?

 

at what psi is it at? and what other shop tuned it bad?

 

from the power hes prolly only like 6 psi im guessing.

 

its a custom set up. I'm using a turbonetics T3/T4 turbo with a tial WG running a 6 lb spring.


its tuned at 6.9psi and the other shop was PRE

 

your power is within range of what everyone gets at that psi. so PSI did good. how much power did you make with that PRE place?

 

well on their dyno, it recorded at 227 but when i dynoed it at PSI, i got 236 but i was at 15.1+ on my A/F ratio. they redid a new map and dynoed it at 240 with a consistent 11.45 A/F ratio.

yeah i know >_<... but i didnt hit boost often because i knew something was wrong when it randomly sputters

hmm... what i dont understand is a lot of ppl's dyno charts has their torque close to the amount of whp, or if not more. why does mine have 30 ft lbs less?

about the tq.. its all dependent on the turbo size, also it could be in the tune he could have been retarding timing in the spool up range to prevent detonation or instant stress on the motor,
