We just wanted to post some numbers and details of our latest customer who decided to take his tC to the next level. This customer dropped off his car with us while he was overseas. He purchased our complete bolt-on PTUNING SS-Turbo Kit w/ AEM FIC, PTUNING 3" Exhaust, Vacuum Block, and Street Motor Mount.

His 2008 tC made 339.0hp/310.7Ftlb at 12psi w/ upgraded fuel system. These numbers were produced on our Dyno Dynamics heartbreaker dyno.

The tC has a 255lph Walbro pump. This was just barely enough fuel for 12 psi. He will eventually be upgrading to our PTUNING SS Fuel System so that we can tune for a little bit more boost later on down the road.

what size injectors

 

550cc injectors, they come with our Turbo kit.

how are u guys making 350+ dynojet on 550's n a walbro.. ive seen ppl max 550's at 330whp dynojet with walbro :o

 

any of you guys know what youd need for 450whp? fuel system wise

 

I made 326whp and my injectors were at high 80's %. I guess it's possible.

 

Im close to 400 on e and 700cc inj haha - im running 70 psi base fuel press - 86 psi at the rail under boost, not sure if this a great idea yet or not but I havent had a prob :/ What happens if you run too much fuel pressure through an injector? lol

 

what? nobody beats my dyno numbers! i'll have to come back and crush them! lol, jk, actually...i gotta bring my new car down and see how much it puts down...

 

Toan did a great job tuning, love the decently flat torque curve.

 

how does a dyno dynamics read compared to a mustang dyno and good numbers i made 400 ft pounds on 14 psi at altitude i have twin walbros and helps alot

The tC will most likely leave our facility at 10.5 to 11 psi. The fuel system is COMPLETELY maxed out at this power level. The injectors are at 100% duty cycle by 5,500rpms with just enough fuel to allow for a safe dyno pull to redline. The proper way to do it is to run our return style fuel system ..... something he is eventually looking to do. We just wanted to show the power potential of our turbo kit at 12 psi.

How much added timing or retard timing is he running at full boost?
