Default Bent Turbine Shaft??

Alright so here is goes. My tC is finally back up and running with the turbo kit.
I had some major problems getting it to run right and then the turbo seals went bad so it was time for a full out over haul. well as it goes i put the kit back on less than a week ago. but i swapped from a 16g to a 16/20g combo. fully rebuilt and balanced with a 20g compressor side on the 16g hot side and center section , well everything ran great for 3 days. and then all of the sudden anytime I hit boost the turbo would make the typical kazoo noise of a blown turbo and I wasn't boosting right at all. it's kinda disappointing seeing as its a rebuilt turbo and balanced and then only driven for 3 days...well anyway there is no smoke and no shaft play. but when I spin the exhaust side the compressor side wobbles like the turbine shaft is bent....so I guess I'm looking for some input on this. Because I have no idea why this happened. and now I need another new turbo.

You guys have any ideas?

definately a bent shaft, now reason for it can be,

a slight miss balanced caused the turbine wheel to catch the side of the housing at speed and bend it

detonation/after fires strong enough to cause shock.trauma to the turbine

turbine was too restrictive and the exhaust pressure and egts where high enough to cause the damage

these are a quick few, i actually had the same issues but its last all of 5 miles after the kazoo sound, then the turbine shaft broke off near the seal...this was a nice drive home with huge cloud of smoke and the sound of my turbine wheel rattling

ouch thats no good. sounds like a fun drive home lol.

well heres what i found so far. apparently it was oil starvation and it heated up and melted the shaft. but im going to just be buying a new turbine and get it balanced again and the turbo should be all good. but now heres the next problem. why didnt i get any oil? i have no idea. i checked it and its not clogged and its been getting oil so i have no idea.

but on the other hand im not 100 percent sure that that was the problem. i feel like the oil starvation happened after the bent shaft. but hey ill never know. just hope i can fix it and keep her running from now on lol.

Did you check your oil levels? Were they very low?
Check for leaks in the oil lines. I almost ran into oil starvation once and it was because the AN fitting to the turbo came loose over time due to vibration and slowly lost like 2 quarts. It likely loosened up when tightening the bottom fitting (to the oil pan). White smoke everywhere.

Are you running a ball bearing or journal bearing turbo. From what I remember the 16g & 20g are journal if so make sure not to use an oil restrictor only for ball bearings.
