Soooo i just looked at perma-cools website - looks like summit has the wrong specs - the 8incher is only rated at 800 cfm - that makes me a sad panda I thought i found the miracle fan - 2100cfm out of an 8 inch fan

^^ i figured out that too, the specs they wrote seems too good to be true.. never saw any fans way better than others.. but still that 8" still blows a lot of cfm.. i know coz i compared it to my old slim fans and stock fans

dude try to get the biggest fan you can fit, its not just about cfm but surface that the fan covers is an important factor.. you should have gone with 2 12s and 1 10" or 8"..

Heres before the manifold - dp and dumptube were all exhaust wrapped.

Theres a 14" on the pass side it spans nearly form top to bottom of the rad core and is butted up against the pass side of the rad core. Ill be stacking the two 8inchers on the driver side so nearly all the rad will be covered by fans Than ill be putting the 10" on the ac condenser over where i have my tranny cooler.

^^ sound good to me, puller fans are way more efficient than pushers!

Exactly what i was thinking - also the plastic fan acts as somewhat of a heat barrier between the exhaust components and the radiator

Puller Fan #1:

Pusher Fan #2:

Leaky plug #1:

Leaky plug #2:

1.1Bar Radiator Cap:

When I come home and park in the garage, I park infront of this during the summer:

When parked infront of that fan, I'm under this fan:

So for a minute while the Turbo Timer does its' job, there is airflow.

Here's the empty space where a 8" puller fan can go (behind fan #2) :

This is the area where another fan can go infront of Puller Fan #1:

Items I might install tomorrow:

Honestly I really don't want to take the drain plug out. It stopped leaking and I'm reluctant to mess with it.

^^ lmao, its that crystalized pink stuff sealing your plugs lol... it looks like you need a new o ring gaskets on your plugs..but you can drain it from that huge coolant hose on the bottom!

I've tried new o-rings three times.

Unhooking that big hose sounds like the best solution.

Just wanted to give the heads up - the added fans resolved the issue - idled on the roll in to asylum in 85-90* weather for nearly 30 min without issue - on friday idled for 15-20 min in 95* weather without an issue :D It now idles at the temp it sees on the freeway and the fans cycle rather than just staying on lmao. The little 8" permacools are badass! They feel like they actually move more air each than the cheapo ebay 14" fan i have lol

^^ its good you resolved your issue.. that lil fan is sure badass for tight spaces, although its not really a 2100 cfm fan like summit posted lol

Well, after putting in the new low-thermostat and water-wetter, my temps stay a lot lower. 93F it won't get above 211F WT with both fans going. 89F and below the water temp will stay below 195F with both fans going. I think I have to do what dawg did and add a few more fans to cover more area.
