The Turbonetics tune was conservative enough on that application and on the Tc as well that you can bolt on a 3" exhaust and still be safe. I would always recommend tuning for max power gains but its still safe enough. And no the boost did not change..
I will have to agree with Mia and say that the tune is pretty universal for a lot of applications. We're doing a new tune for our kits as well to accomodate wider applications.
3" exhausts are great in some cases. We're curious to see what the results of a car going from a 2.5" to a 3" exhaust would be.

lil mini-update for now. The turbo has been treating me very well. Got all the kinks worked out. Finally got a full tank on the turbo, didnt boost most of the tank and got a whopping 374.9 to a full tank on 91 octane. Very impressed esp with the turbo now. I also installed the front lower grill back on, sleeperish. Dyno will be on friday so expect numbers this weekend. Full review by this weekend too.
