LOL um, i thought forums were for people to learn and discuss peoples experments and setups. its not like streetracing or grudge racing were you don't want people to know your setup. if its like that then he shouldn't have even made a post from the begining. Not trying to bash or anything but its the truth. it also turns into one of those famous sayings like "scionlife curse" but he posted that they got the bugs out of it; well if thats the case then wheres the numbers, and why are you not going to disclose info on your setup? Also one last thing if this topic doesn't want to keep going with info i would think that it should be locked then and when someone feels like letting other scion owners know what problems to expect or at least a how to build a fast scion, like what parts to use and so on, then they can make a new thread. But intil then this one is useless.

hmmm i wasnt suggesting that he NEVER tell... just enjoy what hes done for a while... for example when i finish a long term project i wanna enjoy the fruits of it for a while without having to think about it ... then later on he can tell if he wants... thats all

^^^^X2 forums are to discuss and help each others. You could save other people a lot of money and time sharing your expirience. Also, no matter if there are two similar setups. Cars are all different and the tunning it's the most important.

Jeff, for the time, money and hardships you have undergone thus far, I say enjoy your custom beast. If you want to keep it secret for sometime, then do so, however I feel you should atleast entertain questions regarding what held up to hp level, what too to change at what etc....

LMAO Large turbo LOL that really says alot. Like i said i have nothing against a secret if like it was a grudge race or something like that . All i think is that if its such a secret should have never posted anything then BAM hit us with mods and numbers. I'm sure we all know most/all of his mods just wanna know what the hold up is and why. Until then i think it should be locked....... Because if you read this whole topic which there are 17 pages and which i think only 9 are helpful/useful others are just off-topic and delayed.
^^ lock? maybe, but maybe not, he' still not done so it should continue. Whether he puts down his setup or not, its up to him.. keeping it secret wouldnt help others, but why not?

Why even bother asking people. We already have some really kick ___ Scion's that are running mid 10's, high 9's, and even low 9's that have graciously provided us with blue prints to the setups on those cars. We don't have to mimic or need specific details about an individuals car. I'm not even sure Jeff is THAT much of a ***** out racer. So, if you want to get fast, there is an abundant amount of information already out there for us to go off of.
Leslie runs low 9's last time I saw...ALL motor!
Rado's Time attack tC is 600+whp, and the specs can be easily found.
The 10.5 sec Boosted tC has it's list of specs somewhere on this board as well.
