Default Cam durations?

So I am trying to do some research on cams, and I was curious what duration is recommended... I was going off of Srt4s and the street/strip setup is at, and it's seems their running a 264/264 setup... W/ the 272/272 being for "race" applications... And that seems to be similar across the board for 2.0+L 4cyl., well except for Evos and Stis...

My question is for those w/ custom made cams, what durations are being used...

Unfortunately no one on here has really done the cam thing. Really you should just go by what is recommended by the person making your cams. I think you could have some aggressive cams if you could control the intake cam timing in the ecu (the VVT-i) but you cant really do that unless you have a stand alone.
