Hey guys I had some issues with the wiring tonight and before re-doing it I would like someone to confirm this setup. I emailed Kenny at ZPI but wanted to see if someone could help me tonight.

The following is the way I think it should be setup. If you have changes or I made a mistake please let me know.

WIRING

GRAY - TH
WHITE - AR (IN)
GREEN - AR (OUT)
BROWN - I
BLACK - E
RED - +B

INJECTOR HARNESS

PRUPLE/RED - #4
YELLOW/RED - #3
ORANGE/RED - #2
BLUE/RED - #1
BLACK/RED - E

IGNITION

BLUE/WHITE - T1 (IN) - BLUE/BLACK - T1 (OUT)
ORANGE/WHITE- T3 (IN) -ORANGE/BLACK - T3 (OUT)
YELLOW/WHITE - T4 (IN) - YELLOW/BLACK - T4 (OUT)
PURPLE/WHITE - T2 (IN) -PURPLE/BLACK - T2 (OUT)

NOT USED!

I dont mean to be a dick or anything, and i know alot of companys have put lots of time and money into researching how to wire these things correctly but i just dont understand why this information cant be made public for people who would like to save some money and do it themselves.

Ill have to check for ignition harness.

 

this diagram was confirmed... the only thing that was wrong was #E is used for the injector harness ground. i have a complete diagram that I made and confirmed if anyone wants it PM me and I can email it to you.

Wow! Where did you find that pic with the pin-out info underneath? Would of saved me some time. The pic makes it look easy -but it's a pain in the **** to install...there is not much space to work with with a soldering iron and such. I'm going to install the ignition timing harness this weekend and it's going to be fun i bet!

any one of you have idleing problem? or anything need to change after you install emanage?

i got the blue emange, first was the problem for your throttle position which got fix buy your wiring diag. But after that, my car has idle problem. It just don't idle right rpm up and down than shut off engine.

I was wonder anything else need to do on it, or just need more tuned?

 

Are you running the emanage tool? so you can create your own maps? I can send you my map that i'm using. If not, probably the tune.
