Does your ecu have programmable cold start settings? Usually it wont start because it needs more fuel when cold, you might have an option to up the fuel curve at low temperatures.

yea lack of fuel is what im thinking

since the emanage alters fuel at open loop (cold starts and WOT) the emanage isnt giving it the fuel it needs

did the problem start after you installed the WOT box by any chance?

either way 2 stepping is probably responsible for the misfire codes
