after i install mt kit this friday ill be getting the qtp 3'' cut out welded in and if they have time get it re tuned with my emanage... then wait to either go with FIC or hydra when i build the motor..

what kind of numbers you think ill see at 9-10 psi with my twin scroll set up?

old set up:
El mani, t3/to4e, 9.4 psi, 2.5 dp, 2.5 s pipe, 2.5 spipe back exhaust

new set up:
EL twin scroll mani, GT3071R, 3 dp, 3 s pipe, 3 qtp electronic cut out

how much you think ill make at the same psi?

hopefully more.. if its less ill be ____ed! ahahah

Depends on tuning. The open dp will allow for about 1-2 PSI of boost and the 3" will allow breathing as well. So, in all you may end up picking up 2-3 PSI more of boost on the car.

so you mean ill pick up 2-3 psi safely of power..

what i mean is i dont want to exceed 10psi.. till my motor build.. my tuner does a good job

Oh. I thought I did comment on this thread already..........Anyway, I saw the curves. Looking good for sure. Quite a bit of boost to make that power overall IMO, but the power curves are nice.

Safely, doubtful unless the car is tuned so rich that it can afford to have some fuel taken out. A definite retune will be needed.

With a new tune, I'll be making the same power and more torque on 10PSI. It was running insanely rich at lower RPMs so the torque couldn't build up, which directly affects power. I'll have new numbers this spring when/if PTuning tunes it.

Do you guys tune F/IC's? If PTuning won't tune the F/IC, you're my only other option. Aside from the obvious, ditch the F/IC and get the E-Manage.

My HP and TQ cross at 5252 RPM .

Im thinking that your afrs might run leaner with the 3" and qtp at same boost level, there will be more air flow while the fuel pulse width stays the same

hahaha.. when i re tune im shooting for the same afrs.. from 11.5-12.3 WOT..

im hardly ever in boost so even a little leaner in my eyes is no big deal..
