Lol, he hasn't replied back to me on the comments on my video .

I posted another one where me and the 58 Trim Evo played around on the highway, but for some reason it didn't upload right. I can't wait til I can actually keep up with him . I'll get the one video where the camera is mounted behind the front d/s wheel, and when he gets on it, all you see is the wheel gap double .

Well, I scraped the dash project. It was getting to be a pain in the ___, so I just ran the wires thru the vents . It looks pretty dumb, but w/e, I won't have to replace a $300+ dash if I decide to remove the kit/sell the car. The gauges are powered up, but no sensors are plugged in, so boost sits at 0, oil pressure sits at 120, and UEGO sits at 14.8 lol.

Yes, I know the wiring is retarded, but I didn't want to cut into anything, plus it doesn't bother me, so w/e .

Also, my F/IC is mounted and waiting to be plugged in. I'll be doing random installs until this weekend, just to get a few things out of the way, it's that much less I'll have to do Saturday.

Sideways gauges = mad JDM

No, but seriously, they are a lot easier to read. Plus, since I decided to use the hoods for the Prosports, they HAVE to be at an angle, otherwise the hood will literally block everything on the gauge.

^ You might want to make your own thread for that one.

And for my gauges, lol I don't care how retarded it looks, I didn't have to cut into anything, that's the only reason I did it. If I didn't care about the car, I would have just made a hole in the dash .

I have 2 spare consoles, one was getting repainted white/stock silver, and things just kept going wrong during the painting process so I gave up. I was going to cut a hole in the front of the gauge pod and cut a hole in the top of the waterfall, but I just didn't feel like dealing with paint anymore, plus I was out of clear . I'm just gonna leave it the way it is, if I decide to pull the kit off to sell or sell the car or w/e, I won't have to worry about having a gaping hole right in the middle of the dash .

Atleast my F/IC installation is a lot cleaner. It's mounted next to the ECU with the USB line running down under the passenger floor mat (gonna move it prob), for easy access to plug up my laptop.

Thursday I'll have the bumper off, gotta fix my fogs (____ty Nokya bulb broke after 2 days) and I'm gonna take off the exhaust and mount up the PTuning. I should have the rest of the kit Friday (prob at 5PM because UPS is ___ like that). I'm going to go to a dyno Thursday morning probably to get a baseline #, then again in a few weeks after everything is stable. So I'll be one of the rare few who can actually provide REAL power gain numbers.

And the angle doesn't seem as extreme from the drivers seat . I just put the pod ontop of the dash, sat in the driver seat and rotated one gauge until it seemed right, then just based the other two off that one. I gotta get rid of this UEGO though, it's ____ing me off because it doesn't match. I've contacted Prosport 4 times about a wideband and they keep pushing the release date back .
