CarbonXe is boosted. 287.2/272
yeah i know because i was going to buy the car my friend bought the dealership did it up i test drove it and i was scared on the highway i couldnt see to merge out the back window..(meanwhile i really didnt no how to drive stick then either)
well the oem pedestal spoiler is okay b/c you can still see out of the back...the one from Ptuning is cool...but a 2-door hatchback already makes it a little more challenging to see behind you from the larger blind spots...

They're going to be using my rear bumper and getting a diffuser made for it and they're getting a pedestal wing because the Kami wing isn't very functional. I was joking around with them at VIR back in October, and I said I'll take the parts when they upgrade and we pretty much made a deal lol.
^^ yeah thats true... it does look pretty sick... some people dont realize that a spoiler doesnt truly become a viable form of functional down-force until triple digit speeds. And how often do most of us hit 130+ with our tC's? And with stock internals... if a tC engine is pushed over 130mph you begin to get into the range of what is technically called "detonation". which is the threshold at which parts can start to break under that extreme speed of operation if that speed is maintained for any length of time. Sorry I rambled a bit there... but I've been building cars/engines for a long time.

Boost controller back in the car, back on 10PSI and back on my 18's. Leaving for PTuning 2moro morning to get the clutch/flywheel/motor mounts installed. Then the car is getting tuned for 10 maybe 11psi on Saturday morning.

An actual working spoiler designed for aerodynamics is more like 60mph before it starts to work. Once you boost a tC, triple digit speeds come really quick.

Dropped the car off this morning. I'll find out how everything went either tonight if they call me or tomorrow when I go back for the tune. I'm expecting around 280WHP/290WTQ on 10PSI. I'm not really looking to get back up to around 300WHP, I'm more looking to get more torque out of the tune. I couldn't make much the last time because I was running so rich at lower RPMs.
