I installed it myself. Im 100% sure everything i did is correct. There was no detail left out nor a shortcut i took. Could it be fuel?
Well unless you damaged the A/F ratio sensor (don't know how you could have) or installed something wrong you full warranty is still intact. The only thing that isn't covered under the "Factory Warranty" is the S/C. It's covered by the TRD warranty parts only warranty if it was installed properly.
you said you never touched either afr and o2 sensor but it never hurts to check it against a ohmmeter.
on the service manual it shows how much resistance on each connector. make sure battery is disconnected.

My SC'd Matrix threw a CEL regarding "low catalyst efficiency". The cat was burned out because I put an intake on the TRD SC, and that caused the a/f to lean out and exhaust to get hot enough to ruin the cat.
Cats don't burn out for no reason - if you get it "fixed" under warranty - you'll end up with the same CEL in 3 weeks, unless they find the reason why your cat burned out.
