I am planning on installing my new intercooler this weekend and I am going through my couplers to compare what I have to what I need and make sure I have everything before doing the install.

I have the Dezod intercooler piping kit which is amazing. I had originally went with TurboToyotas until they screwed up my order, missed shipping dates, and sent my intercooler to the wrong person, so I sent the pipes back. However, the Dezod pipes are of much higher quality than the TT kit. Anyway, I have this kit for my ZPI turbo and S-Max intercooler.

Since my calipers are at home and I will be heading up to the parents' to do the install right after work, I need help double checking coupler sizes.

1. Is the ZPI 16G turbo 2" in and 2" out?

2. What is the diameter of the ZPI stage 0 chargepipe?

3. What size coupler do I need to connect the piping to the throttle body?

 

the charge pipe size is 2.5 as well as the throttle body i think
