You've seen people lying. Nitrous, yes. Power increase? Not at all; it's actually been shown that you can lose power with them.

Incorrect. I honestly can't see how you can install the thing crooked, anyway, unless you manage to not tighten it enough and somehow not notice. Take yours off, and try and bolt it back up at an angle; it's going to correct itself and be flush by the time it's tightened.

Incorrect. Basic physics says that the pulley is still part of the assembly, therefore part of the "balance"; just not the entire balance.

Wait, what? How would this even happen? Have you ever seen the inside of a block? And if that's true, shouldn't oil be coming out of everyone's crank (or at least someone's crank) when they put on an aftermarket pulley?

Correct, but that doesn't mean it can be weighted imperfectly and nothing would happen.
If you want to support your statement about crank pulleys damaging the rotating assembly please post pics of such a thing happening. I'm willing to bet that the engine damage is from another cause.

Those are my old bearings.

It's not an issue of neglecting oil changes, and it shouldn't be the same crank wear issues that plagued 04-05's... so what exactly would it be from?
