Default crankcase pressure release....PLEASE HELP!

Im geeting pressure in the block causing my dipstick to come up and then oil gets everywhere....now I have a catch can ran to the back left corner of my valve cover and the other port on the right side of the valve cover has a hose connected to my intake pipe going to the turbo......now catch can has never seen oil and the hose going to the intake pipe thats connected to the turbo has always been bone dry.....how do I relieve pressure from the bottom of the block????? Does this make sense?

I have never had my dip stick go up but I drilled to holes in the BAck of the valve cover to relive some pressure.
